Butter Fried Pork Chops
Last night I needed a quick dinner idea. I had pulled out some Olde Tyme Meats boneless pork chops, these can be found in the freezer section of our store. Our 13 yr. old son Drew, who loves to cook, suggested that I sautéed them in butter and then lightly bread them, before finishing them in the oven. His suggestion was excellent and we all enjoyed a tasty supper in a short amount of time!

Directions

Place your thawed pork chops in a hot skillet with a dab of butter, fry until lightly brown and crispy on each side.

Place in a small bowl of melted butter, coat both sides of pork chop with butter.

In a shallow pan, measure 1 cup of flour along with your choice of seasoning, I used salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Coat both sides of pork chop and then place in a greased baking dish. Heat oven to 350 and bake for 30 min. or until done.

All the best,

Aaron & Gina Peachey
