Place your thawed pork chops in a hot skillet with a dab of butter, fry until lightly brown and crispy on each side.
Place in a small bowl of melted butter, coat both sides of pork chop with butter.
In a shallow pan, measure 1 cup of flour along with your choice of seasoning, I used salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Coat both sides of pork chop and then place in a greased baking dish. Heat oven to 350 and bake for 30 min. or until done.
