Last night I needed a quick dinner idea. I had pulled out some Olde Tyme Meats boneless pork chops, these can be found in the freezer section of our store.
Our 13 yr. old son Drew, who loves to cook, suggested that I sautéed them in butter and then lightly bread them, before finishing them in the oven. His suggestion was excellent and we all enjoyed a tasty supper in a short amount of time!
