Butter Fried Pork Chops
Last night I needed a quick dinner idea. I had pulled out some Olde Tyme Meats boneless pork chops, these can be found in the freezer section of our store. Our 13 yr. old son Drew, who loves to cook, suggested that I sautéed them in butter and then lightly bread them, before finishing them in the oven. His suggestion was excellent and we all enjoyed a tasty supper in a short amount of time!

Easy Italian Stromboli

Ham & Bean Soup
One of my favorite pieces in the kitchen is my Crockpot. In the morning, place a few choice ingredients in it, and by evening, you have a complete meal. Lets talk about Ham Hocks and Crockpots. My late Father-in-law was the first person to show me all about Ham Hocks. He was a butcher and he explained that if you want good broth or soup, you have to slowly cook a quality Ham Hock. He was absolutely right. Below is a recipe we love and is super easy.

Fried Cheese Curds
Who is ready to make some easy snacks like these homemade Fried Cheese Curds? What can be better than a crunchy ball of cheese and dipped into your favorite sauce?
